- Before you attend the audition/casting call, keep a note of the company you are
auditioning / modelling for with a main contact name if possible.
- Find out how many other people are auditioning / modelling with you.
- Use the Internet to run a search on the company you will be working for.

- When possible take a family member or friend with you, always check this is ok
with the company. If not always inform a family member or friend where you are
and keep them updated. Most modelling companies do not mind one person attending
with the model.
- If you do not feel comfortable with what the company are asking you to do,
leave! You have the right to refuse. You should not be taken advantage of,
report to the local police station if you have any concerns with what you were
asked to do.
- Never attend a home address or hotel room for an audition / casting call. Read
any contracts carefully, No fees should ever be involved in an audition /
modelling shoot. Beware of scam agencies.
